The Dissolution Rate Test Apparatus is designed for use in the pharmaceutical industry for quality control applications. It is used to determine compliance with the dissolution requirements of tablets and capsules as per USP/IP standards.

The apparatus is designed for 6-test operation and is equipped with the required mechanical and digital controls for accurate and convenient dissolution testing.

It features a digital temperature controller to maintain the operating temperature at 37°C ±0.5°C and a digital RPM controller with an adjustable speed range of 25 to 150 RPM. A PT100 sensor is provided for temperature sensing and control.

The unit is also equipped with a digital timer having a range of up to 999 minutes, a 500 W heater, six glass beakers and six blades and baskets for simultaneous testing.
