Bottle Washing Machine is an electrically operated unit designed for efficient cleaning of bottles, syringes, test tubes and other similar laboratory items.

The machine is provided with a quick release chuck that can accommodate a wide variety of interchangeable nylon brushes. Different brushes can be selected according to the type and size of the item being cleaned.

Table models are mounted on a heavy base and are provided with a single chuck. Floor model Bottle Washing Machines are available with soaking tanks and are provided with 6/12 ringers and two drill chucks for holding a variety of brushes.

The floor model is mounted on a sturdy angle iron frame duly painted for durable and reliable operation.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

The Bottle Washing Machine operates with an electrically driven chuck that holds interchangeable nylon cleaning brushes.

The required brush is fitted into the quick release chuck according to the bottle, syringe, test tube or other item to be cleaned. The motor rotates the brush to provide effective cleaning.

Floor models incorporate soaking tanks along with multiple ringers and drill chucks, allowing different brushes to be used according to the cleaning requirement.

CONSTRUCTION

The table model is mounted on a heavy base and is equipped with a single chuck. It is available with either a fixed speed or variable speed motor.

The floor model is mounted on a sturdy angle iron frame duly painted and is available with G.I. or Stainless Steel soaking tanks. It is provided with 6/12 ringers and two drill chucks for accommodating a variety of brushes.
