CONSTRUCTION DETAILS (HOT AIR OVEN):

Our Industrial ovens are Double walled convection heated units. Outer body of our hot air oven are constructed out of stainless steel sheet of SS-304 grade/ M.S duly powder coated. The inner chamber is made of heavy gauge stainless steel sheet of SS-304 grade. The gap between the walls is filled high grade mineral glass wool, which ensures maximum thermal efficiency in our Industrial ovens. User oriented design of shelves makes you adjust each space of shelves without difficulty. The unit is provided with one to three/four stainless steel shelves (As per the inner size). Door fitted with heavy duty hinges and door handle ensuring there are no leakages through the door gasket.

PERFORMANCE FEATURE:

• Adopts originated domestic streamline arc design, the outer is made of cold rolled steel plate, the surface is spurted with environmental metal paint which looks autistic and natural, the chamber is made of SS-304 stainless steel;
• The interior chamber is made of mirror stainless steel material; the design of corners semi-circular is easy to clean;
• User can decide the number of shelves and the height of shelves can be changed optionally
• Rational air duct and circulatory system make the temperature in chamber symmetrical;
• Adopts fan blade with air convection device for circulating the air in chamber;

HEATING:

Indirect three side heating system is provided in our units, comprising of air heaters made of high grade Kandhal A-1 wires of suitable wattage… The warm air is evenly distributed throughout the chamber through efficient motor fans ensuring a very good temperature sensitivity.

TEMPERATURE RANGE:

Temperature range of our standard laboratory oven models are +5º c above ambient temperature to 300º c. However we have the capacity to modify the same to suit the individual specialized requirements of our customers.

TEMPERATURE SENSITIVITY:

Temperature inside our hot air ovens are controlled with a sensitivity of +1° c or better.

FRONT PANEL:

Front panel of our units comprises of on/off switches heating and mains indicator lamps, temperature controllers

TEMPERATURE CONTROL:

The temperature inside our laboratory oven is controlled through Micro-processor based temperature controllers cum indicators + digital timer with auto cut buzzer alarm.

CONTROL PANEL

Temperature control system adopts microcomputer single chip technology, liquid crystal screen displays various parameters, and temperature controller has the functions of temperature control, timing and over-temperature alarm;

CONTROL FEATURE:

Function of parameters memory and electricity incoming recovery when data lost because of power cut or system halted.
