SPECIFICATIONS:

Light Weight Maximum Temp. 1000°C and working temp. up to 950°C heating is done by Embedded Heater run around the chamber & controlled by Energy Regulator ±5°C or Micro Processor Based PID. Controller cum Indicator, the outer body is made of thick mild steel duly painted. The apparatus is complete with pyrometer. Thermo-couple, silver fuse, two Neon lights with wire and plug to work on Single Phase 220/230 volts A.C. supply, (with Silicone Fiber insulation)

CONSTRUCTION & FEATURES:

• Outer and intermittent walls are made of thick P.C.R.C. sheet, duly powder coated.
• Heating elements are made of KANTHAL “A-1” grade wire.
• Very suitable for various purposes like gravimetric analysis for organic substance and measurement of quantity for coal and lime.
• With the Microprocessor based Programmable Controller with ramp & soak Facility. By the highly efficient heater installed in the chamber, it heats the materials uniformly.
• With this excellent feature, it surely reduces time of temperature climb.
• By using the high density ceramic wool as a insulator, it maintains consistent temperature and minimal heat dissipation.

INSULATION:

High Density ceramic fiber insulation. Hard abrasion resistant chamber designed to support heavy loads.
