Digital Bulk Density Apparatus is specially designed to meet the requirements of IP/USP standards. The unit is constructed with M.S. duly powder coated for durability and reliable laboratory operation.

The Bulk Density Apparatus is designed to hold two cylinders of 100 ml and 50 ml capacity. Its mechanism provides simultaneous rotating and tapping motion to the cylinders, allowing the sample under test to be packed evenly and uniformly.

The apparatus is equipped with a digital counter controller having a range of 1 to 999 counts and a 3-digit LED count display. It is powered by a 24-volt motor and provides variable speed from approximately 20 to 70 RPM.

CONSTRUCTION

The Digital Bulk Density Apparatus is constructed with an M.S. body duly powder coated. The apparatus incorporates a mechanism that provides simultaneous rotating and tapping motion to the cylinders for uniform packing of the sample under test.

The unit can accommodate two cylinders and is designed for reliable laboratory testing according to IP/USP requirements.
