CONSTRUCTION & FEATURES
- Cabinet Structure: Double walled convection heated units designed for optimal thermal efficiency.
- Outer Body: Constructed out of thick PCRC sheet, duly pre-treated with primers and rust-proofing, and elegantly powder-coated.
- Inner Chamber: Made of heavy gauge stainless steel sheet of SS-304 grade.
- Insulation: The gap between the walls is filled with high-grade mineral glass wool to ensure maximum thermal efficiency.
- Door System: Provided with two doors. The inner door is made of thick plexi-glass/float glass with a magnetic door closer to view specimens without disturbing the chamber temperature. The outer front double-walled door is made of mild steel sheet lined with stainless steel from inside and features a lock and key arrangement.
- Air Circulation: The triple-walled back of the incubator is provided with two air circulation fans for uniform maintenance of the temperature throughout the chamber.
- Shelves & Lighting: Supplied with two stainless steel shelves. Door-operated illumination lamps are fitted inside the chamber for easy visibility.
- Capacity & Power: Has a capacity of 100 liters and is designed to work on 220/230 Volts A.C. supply.
HEATING & CO2 CONTROL SYSTEMS
- Heating System: Features an indirect heating system. Temperature is controlled from ambient +5°C to 60°C (Standard range up to 70°C) with an accuracy of ±0.5°C.
- Temperature Controller: Fitted with a Microprocessor-based digital temperature indicator-cum-controller.
- Cooling System: Equipped with a CFC-free eco-friendly compressor.
- CO2 Control: Fitted with a microprocessor controller for CO2 with a range of 0-20% to maintain CO2 gas levels precisely.
