CONSTRUCTION DETAILS
- Cabinet Structure: Incubators are double walled convection heated units designed for maximum thermal efficiency.
- Outer Body: Constructed out of thick PCRC sheet, duly pre-treated with primers and elegantly powder coated.
- Inner Chamber: Made of heavy gauge stainless steel sheet of SS-304 grade.
- Insulation: The gap between the walls is filled with high grade mineral glass wool to ensure maximum thermal efficiency.
- Shelves: Supplied with one to three stainless steel shelves (inner size ke mutabik).
HEATING & TEMPERATURE CONTROL SYSTEM
- Heating System: Indirect heating system comprised of air heaters made of high grade Chrome wires of suitable wattage.
- Air Distribution: Warm air is evenly distributed throughout the chamber through efficient motor fans ensuring very good temperature sensitivity.
- Temperature Range: Standard temperature range is 5°C above ambient temperature to 60°C (customers ki requirement ke mutabik modify bhi kiya ja sakta hai).
- Temperature Sensitivity: Controlled with a sensitivity of ±0.5°C.
- Temperature Controller: Controlled by a Micro Processor Based PID temperature Indicator cum controller with a Digital Timer (999 mins / 9999 mins).
