SPECIFICATION
Double walled interior made up of stainless steel & exterior made up of mild steel in powder coating paint / stainless steel[cite: 10]. Glass wool/PUF insulation between both the walls is provided[cite: 10]. Full length inner glass door and outside metal door with magnetic gasket & lock[cite: 10]. Forced air circulation for uniform temperature[cite: 10]. Stainless steel perforated tray is provided[cite: 10]. The tray can be placed at various heights to accommodate the change in sample height[cite: 10]. The purpose of doing so is to vary the exposure intensity to reduce the test duration[cite: 10]. SYSTEM & SAFETY FEATURES
- Illumination: Chamber is illuminated using fluorescent tube light to produce visible light (measured in lux)[cite: 10]. A UV light of wavelength 365nm (measured in watt/sq. meter) is fitted on topside of chamber[cite: 10].
- Control System: Temperature controller with Micro Processor Based Digital Temp. Controller[cite: 10].

- Safety: A safety thermostat to switch off tube lights if temperature overshoots[cite: 10]. Door switch to switch off the UV light when door is opened[cite: 10].
