The Tray Dryer is suitable for various industrial, laboratory and R&D applications. It features double-walled construction with a choice of M.S., S.S.-304 or S.S.-316 grade interior and a powder-coated exterior.
High-grade mineral wool insulation is provided between the formed cavity to minimize heat loss during operation. Heating is carried out through special-grade tubular air heaters positioned in the circulating air path, while strong and reliable axial flow fans provide heavy forced-air cross-flow circulation.
An adjustable damper is provided to exhaust moist air, fumes or vapours, thereby enhancing thermal efficiency.

TEMPERATURE CONTROL SYSTEM
The Tray Dryer is equipped with a Microprocessor Based PID Digital Temperature Indicator-Cum-Controller with an in-built Digital Timer to control the temperature from ambient +5°C to 250°C.
Once the unit is switched ON, heating starts automatically. When the set or desired temperature is achieved, the in-built Automatic Digital Minute Timer starts automatically. After completion of the set time period, the heaters switch OFF automatically and the unit sounds a buzzer to alert the user that the process is complete.
