CONSTRUCTION

Double wall design. Working chamber made of stainless steel S.S 304 grade of 1.6 mm thickness, outer cover also made of stainless steel 1.0 mm thickness. Lid & bottom sheet also made of stainless steel. All joints argon welded. Joint less NEOPRINE/SILICON gasket. Heavy duty industrial flange heater. The strong lid constructed out of thick stainless steel plate, Stainless steel sheet of ss-304 grade has a double safety radial locking arrangement, which ensures an easy and smooth opening and closing operation for all our autoclaves. Generate Steam and build up working pressure in the jacket without admitting it to the chamber. It admit steam to the chamber and allow it to build up to working pressure and temperature and maintaining the working pressure for at least 2 hours. Exhaust the chamber pressure while retaining the jacket pressure. Dry the load in chamber (if required) through the circulation of dry, filtered air entering through a drying system. Our vertical autoclaves are ideally suited for Research labs, Research Institute, Medical Colleges, Hospitals and Industries where safety is the first priority of the users, since it is equipped with a double safety steam release valve. At the same time we test all our autoclaves for up to 2.5 times the standard working pressure to ensure maximum safety and protection from any unfortunate incident. All our vertical autoclave is supplied complete with pressure gauge, pressure release valve and stainless steel basket as a standard feature.

The jacket insulated with thick Mineral/Glass wool and covered with stainless steel outer cover to minimize the heat losses and avoid burns to skin.

INDIVIDUAL CONTROL VALVES

1. Admitting steam to the chamber.
2. Exhausting the chamber steam.
3. Circulating dry filtered air for drying the chamber.
4. Exhausting the jacket steam.

OPERATING PARAMETERS

1. HEATING: The heating process in our vertical autoclave is done through specially designed water heaters of suitable wattage to ensure optimum sterilization time in every sterilization cycle.
2. WORKING TEMPERATURE: As per the international standards and guidelines our vertical autoclave has a working temperature of 121°C.
3. WORKING PRESSURE: Working pressure for our standard model vertical autoclave is 15 psi.
4. PRESSURE RANGE: The normal pressure range of our autoclave is 5 psi to 20 psi.
5. PRESSURE CONTROL: The pressure inside our vertical autoclave is controlled through a semi-automatic/fully automatic electro mechanical device called Indfo ss Pressure switch, which controls the pressure inside the chamber and cuts off the current from the heater whenever the pressure exceeds the set pressure value of the autoclave, thus making it very safe and energy efficient.

2. Low Water Protection Device: This automatic system can be incorporated with our vertical autoclaves to give protection against the low water scenario under prolonged usages.

OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES

1. Timer with Alarm System: This semi-automatic device can be incorporated with the standard models of our vertical autoclave which helps the user to set the sterilization time of the system and do other tasks without bothering to monitor the sterilization cycle. This device cuts off the current from the main system when the set value for a given sterilization cycle is attained and gives a loud audio alarm.
2. Temperature Indicator: A solid state digital temperature controller cum indicator can be incorporated with our basic vertical autoclave models for ease of monitoring the temperature of the autoclave from a distance through its large LED display, which is visible from quite a distance. Temperature Sensor PT-100.
