INTRODUCTION

We specialize in both standard and customized models of Salt Spray Chamber specially designed to meet various special requirements of our customers across India[cite: 9]. We are catering to our domestic market and are suppliers of our Salt Spray Chamber to various laboratories, institutes, hospitals, nursing homes and research faculties[cite: 11].

Salt Spray (Fog) Tester has been elegantly designed strictly as per the relevant standard to evaluate the facility of rust proofed components to withstand corrosion due to atmospheric conditions[cite: 12]. Double Walled (Stainless Steel 316 inside & Outside Mild Steel with duly powder coated paint/ SS-304)[cite: 13]. Stainless Steel open type lid with large viewing window facility to observe samples under testing[cite: 13].

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS / PARTS

1. Microprocessor Based Digital Indicators Cum Controller: Its function is to indicate and maintain the temperatures[cite: 17, 18]. For solution tank its Function is to indicate and maintain the temperatures and for test cabinet, its function is to indicate the temperature only[cite: 18].
2. Digital Timer (999 hours) With Cut-Off Facility: It shows the working time for the apparatus & the time consume in the process in digitally system[cite: 19, 20]. Time limit is for 999 hours[cite: 21].
3. Humidity Indicator With Sensor: Humidity can be checked in digitally way[cite: 22, 23]. Its function is to maintained during the Salt Spray with saturation of Salt Solution[cite: 23].
4. Air Regulator (FRL Unit): The Air Regulator will maintain a constant pressure of Air[cite: 24, 25].
5. Air Filter (FRL Unit): The compressed air will be passed through a Filter Arrangement to remove all traces of oil and solid matters before sent to the saturation tower[cite: 29, 30].
6. Mist Dispersion Automizer: Atomizer made of S.S will be equipped in the Chamber having property of non choking[cite: 31, 32]. It produces a mist of atomized solution, which is distributed uniformly throughout the exposure zone by means of Mist Dispersion Atomizer incorporated with a baffle to prevent dispersion of large liquid droplets[cite: 33].
7. Fog Collection Unit: One/Two Mist Cylinders are provided for measurement mist quantity[cite: 34, 35]. Each cylinder is with separate funnel for collection of mist[cite: 35].
8. Drainage System: The collected mist on the testing space will be recycled through drainage system[cite: 36, 37].
9. Heating System: The Temperature within the Chamber maintained by SS 316/304 Heater with Digital indicator cum controller System[cite: 38, 39].
10. Hanging Provision: The Sample can be hanged with S.S ROD/Acrylic rod[cite: 40, 41].
11. Storage Tank: Separate storage tank will be provided with inlet & outlet procedure for solution to the chamber with having base stand[cite: 42, 43].
