Construction:

1. Space between inner chamber and outer wall is filled with high grade mineral wool for minimal heat dissipation
2. Mounted on caster wheels for easy portability
3. Door fitted with heavy duty hinges and door handle ensuring there are no leakages through the door gasket
4. Triple/double wall chamber with tubular Air heater as well as dual-chamber in which upper chamber is made up of toughened glass window as a transparent.
5. & having size 2’ x 2’ x 3’ along with 5 trays and Lower chamber having size 2’ x 2’ x 2’ along with the 3 trays.
6. The gap in Double wall is fitted by high-grade glass wool 75mm.
7. Temperature range ambient +5 to 250ºC ± 1°C ± is controlled by PID Microprocessor controller and heavy duty Air Circulating Motor and Blower.
8. Inner chamber is provided with 2 nos. Heating is done with ISI mark heating elements made of Kanthal A-One Ni-chrome tubular air heater.
