Our double walled Tissue Flotation Bath is designed for precise control of different samples at a constant temperature. It is most ideal for Histological, Chemical, Clinical and Bacteriological laboratories and is used to stretch and dry cut tissues.

It is ideal for tissue culture, enzyme reactions, fermentation and tissue section processing, etc. It helps in preparing distortion-less and wrinkle-free tissue specimens.

Its exact temperature regulation ensures evenly stretched cuttings that are clearly visible in the anodized bath. The cuttings are carefully dried on the warmed rim of the bath.

The Tissue Flotation Bath offers the highest level of performance, flexibility and control for demanding laboratory applications, with temperature constancy of ±2°C.

• Double walled construction for precise temperature control.
• Inner tank (single piece) made of black anodized aluminum.
• Housing made of powder coated aluminum.
• Front panel consists of temperature regulator knob, mains switch and pilot lamp.
• Inside black and outer surface finished in powder paint, with a wide enough rim for drying wet slides.
• Thermal loss is prevented by filling mineral wool insulation in the space between the outer body and inner tank.
• Heating elements are positioned in the floor and side walls, providing better temperature distribution in the bath through natural mixing of the medium.
• Temperature is controlled by an imported capillary type thermostat.
• Low bath depth allows comfortable and safe working.
• Supplied with a Dust Guard Lid made of black anodized aluminum.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

Tissue Flotation Bath is constructed with a single-piece black anodized aluminum inner tank and powder coated aluminum housing. Thermal insulation is provided using mineral wool between the outer body and inner tank. Heating elements are positioned in the floor and side walls for uniform temperature distribution. Temperature is controlled by an imported capillary type thermostat.
